What a spectacular dining experience! The atmosphere is comfortable elegance, and the food is creative and beautifully presented. The waitstaff is friendly and helpful, particularly when answering inquiries about a menu item or a wine selection. Although the Glass Onion does not take reservations, even a long wait is pleasant in the adjacent porch or bar area, while being served from the extensive selection of wines and cocktails. On our last visit, we shared two entrees: a scallop salad with cucumber "noodles" on a bed of quinoa served in lettuce cups and a pork dish served with both grilled and juliennes apples. Both were delicious!
